Training & Education Services

The Company has developed and performed many training courses. These courses focus on support and support related topics such as ILS, LSA, LSAR, availability contracting and business process modelling. The Company offers a bespoke course development service, off the shelf courses or it can adjust off the shelf courses to meet specific requirements. For example the adjustment of the 2 day ILS course to meet the specific requirements of a sub-system supplier. The Company has provided its training services to organisations such as BAE Systems, Aerosystems International and the Swedish FMV.

Bespoke Course Development

The Company has worked with BAE Systems to develop a range of specialist subject matter courses. In 2006 the Company assisted with the development and implementation of a 2 day course that addressed availability contracting. From its first delivery in July 2006 the Company performed the course co-ordinator role and co-presented 2 of the modules for over 50 courses attended by over 1000 executive level employees.

The Company is currently working with BAE Systems on the development of a range of Business and Solution Modelling courses. This includes awareness, fundamental and practitioner level training.

The duration of the bespoke courses can be from a half to five days. Courses can be developed and presented by Company instructors or can be developed for client organisation employees to present.

The Company also specialises in developing short one to two hour ‘board level’ briefings on support and support related topics.
