The Support Engineering Limited founder Julian Dayment is an experienced trainer having developed and delivered training courses for the majority of his career. This experience began with the development and delivery of specialist support engineering courses on topics such as Integrated Logistic Support and Logistic Support Analysis. Since the formation of Support Engineering Limited, the Company has developed and delivered training courses on these and other related topics to BAE Systems, Rolls Royce, Aerosystems International and the Swedish FMV.
Bespoke Course Development
The Company has worked with BAE Systems to develop a range of specialist subject matter courses. In 2006 the Company assisted with the development and implementation of a 2 day course that addressed availability contracting. From its first delivery in July 2006 the Company performed the course co-ordinator role and co-presented 2 of the course modules for over 50 courses attended by over 1000 executive level BAE Systems employees.
Since 2008 the Company has been and is currently working with BAE Systems on the development and delivery of a range of Business and Solution Modelling courses. This includes awareness, fundamental and practitioner level training. To date the Company has delivered over 30 of these courses to over 350 BAE Systems employees.
The duration of the bespoke courses can be from a half to five days. Courses can be developed and delivered by Support Engineering Limited instructors or can be developed for client organisation employees to deliver.
The Company also specialises in developing short one to two hour ‘board level’ briefings on support and support related topics. |
