In the changing defence environment customers are outsourcing operation and support activities to industry. This shift in approach requires industry to design and test support service solutions. Contracts for this work are typically long term and performance based. These contracts can include all or some of the following areas; equipment operation, base operation, maintenance, supply, engineering and training.
